Job Context:
∎ RensSoft Solutions Limited is a concern of Doctorkoi- A growing health tech company in Dhaka is looking for HR & Admin Manager to manage the overall workforce to efficiently perform the daily tasks and measure the performance of individual team members. The incumbent will also be responsible to ensure the accountability and right process owners to maximize the resources and achieve the targets.
∎ Work Hours: 9-6 PM
∎ HQ Location: Lalmatia, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the overall Sales, Implementation & Development team to ensure that employees are thoroughly motivated and efficient to perform the daily tasks and meet the targets.
∎ Ensure proper training materials, design training programs and other activities to train employees on a weekly basis to manage the business operations efficiently.
∎ Work closely with teams to focus on the strengths and maximize, also work on the weaknesses to improve the skill sets.
∎ Prepare individual employee KPI and consult with the management to align the KPI with the company's targets
∎ Align all employees with the company's goals and vision and ensure to keep the team motivated with tangible and intangible incentives base.
∎ Analyze the weekly performance of the individual employees and take initiatives to improve the low return employee groups.
∎ Always be in the look out for new talents from the market and take necessary steps to recruit.
∎ Recruit Full Time & Part Time employees from the market and prepare and ensure smooth onboarding process.
∎ Keep an active liaison with the relevant industry leaders and players to search for top talents and employ.
∎ Work closely with the management to develop strategy, execution plan and others to ensure the smoother goals achieving with the human resources.
∎ Work closely with the teams to develop better process and communication to understand and analyze individual efforts and provide critical feedback.
∎ Controlling the office expenses and maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: 3+ Years of HR/Team Management Experience.
∎ Self motivated, full accountability of work, Excellent communication skills, critical problem solving, analyzing skills, patience and persistence.
∎ Must have solid skills on Microsoft Office.
Salary:
∎ Salary Range: 30-40K, travel allowance & meal allowance, performance bonus, festival bonus, Salary increment after 6 months, stock options after management analysis.
