Experience:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, preferably in the software/Healthtech industry.
Demonstrated success in software sales or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain technical software solutions to non-technical customers.
Strong closing skills and the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Familiarity with sales and marketing software tools and techniques.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with the software/Health tech industry is essential.
“Renssoft Solutions Ltd." is a healthcare start-up founded in 2017 with a vision to digitize the health sector of Bangladesh. The company owns its flagship product Digital RX, a prescription writing software that enables doctors to write a prescription within just few clicks and also manage their medical practice digitally. The company also provides online consultation services for specialized and selective industry leading Doctors to the patients through its platform called Doctorkoi.com. Together, the company aims to digitize the communications between doctors & patient & impose technology where it`s needed the most, the entire Healthcare eco-system of Bangladesh.
Visit clients with the given details in different hospital or doctors` chamber locations.
Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients for sales closing purposes and managing relationships.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities.
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Scheduling appointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company.
Creating client proposals based on product information provided by the company.
Identifying potential customers through research and networking activities, then contacting them to set up meetings or presentations.
