  • Basic computer, email, CRM, and internet skills.

  • Sales/marketing qualification is a plus.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

  • Generate leads through follow-up calls and convert them into appointments.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.

  • Manage online customer queries.

  • Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Collect customer feedback through calls.

  • Prepare reports as required.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
