Telesales/marketing background preferred.
Goal-oriented and target-driven.
Telesales/customer service experience required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer, email, CRM, and internet skills.Sales/marketing qualification is a plus.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Female candidates only.

  2. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

  3. Generate leads through follow-up calls and convert them into appointments.

  4. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.

  5. Manage online customer queries.

  6. Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service.

  7. Collect customer feedback through calls.

  8. Prepare reports as required.

  9. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
