Provide support to corporate HR Team for recruitment.
Provide support to internal and external stakeholders for any HR related issues.
Good presentation skills.
Should have good exposure of handling sales and marketing HR
Responsibilities & Context:
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential to contribute to the firm's growth.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
Should have expertise of recruitment marketing and sales associates for in person marketing
