  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, office management, or reporting.
  • Experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, real estate, or service industry will be preferred.
  • Fresh candidates with strong communication, computer, and reporting skills may be considered for junior-level positions.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of HR and administrative procedures.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet browsing.
  • Ability to prepare accurate HR, admin, sales, and marketing reports.
  • Good communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Bangladesh labor law and HR compliance will be an added advantage.
  • Honest, disciplined, proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Job Context

Royal Marina Holdings PLC., a hotel and resort business company, is looking for a smart, organized, and responsible HR & Admin Executive to manage HR, administrative operations, and sales & marketing reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR, administrative, and office coordination activities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, joining documents, and HR files.
  • Assist in recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Prepare official letters, notices, office orders, reports, and correspondence.
  • Monitor office discipline, staff coordination, supplies, assets, vendors, and support services.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports for management.
  • Collect sales data, lead updates, target achievements, follow-up reports, and campaign information from the sales and marketing team.
  • Support management with administrative reporting, meeting notes, presentations, and other assigned tasks.
