Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA).
∎ Master's degree in in HRM.
∎ PGD in HRM.
∎ Any additional professional qualification/certification or certified Training course in a related discipline shall be considered as an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with various departments/Programs of BESI, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
∎ Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas and ensure its compliance. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ Coordinate & organize field based recruitment & selection process.
∎ To Identify, retain & develop the talents of field offices by coordinating with the talent management team.
∎ Involve with the whole process of project staff recruitment.
∎ Involve with the activities related to health insurance matters of field offices.
∎ Take part at different Employer Branding initiatives for increasing the organizational brand value.
∎ Ensure, coordinate and facilitate the on boarding of new staff in field offices.
∎ To strengthen rapport with the field staff & build a brand image of HRD by visiting the field offices on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure on time performance appraisal & actively involve with the program people to make it effective.
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
