Responsibilities & Context:
Job context: This Ghore Bazar Limited is a largest e commerce based company through online sale and purchase. We are going to start export Malaysia mainly fast moving consumer products like as Rice, Dal, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Chilli for malaysian e commerce based company with joint venture. Bangladesh Dairy Limited is also with us. We will procure best products from local for us to export with credit facilities.
Job responsibilities:
- Work alone or with a team. This team will manage by yourself to get more benefits.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives to drive cost-efficiency and process improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
- Lead demand forecasting efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Develop demand planning processes to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Oversee inventory management to balance stock levels with customer demand.
- Manage and optimize the logistics network, including transportation and warehousing also ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery to customers and distribution centers.
- Implement best practices and technology solutions for efficiency gains.
- Lead, mentor and motivate a high-performing supply chain team and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and delays.
- Develop and maintain contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Generate regular supply chain performance reports for senior management and also provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
