• Fresher’s may apply for this position. But a candidate with 1–2 years of experience in fabric procurement/sourcing within the RMG industry, with emphasis on knit fabrics, is preferred.

• Knowledge of fabric design, development processes, and costing will be considered as an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel, is required.

Interstoff Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fabric MTO/Executive to support the end-to-end fabric procurement process. The ideal candidate will assist in fabric sourcing, development & bulk order follow-ups, ERP/OFS-based order processing, and coordination with international mills to ensure timely availability of quality fabrics for our export production programs. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of fabrics, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism

Job Responsibilities:

Fabric Procurement & Sourcing:

• Assist in procuring fabrics (Knit/Woven) as per approved BOMs, buyer requirements, quality standards, and technical specifications, mainly from international mills;
• Support sourcing activities from mills, ensuring alignment in quality, pricing, MOQ, and lead time.
• Follow up with Mills on sample development, bulk production status, and delivery timelines.

ERP & OFS Order Processing:

• Process fabric purchase requisitions and create Fabric Purchase Orders (FPOs) in ERP systems.
• Ensure data entry accuracy, Track PO/PI/LC/Payment status, expected delivery dates, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to prevent delays.
• Maintaining all procurement-related documents and data records.

Fabric Development Coordination:

• Liaise with Merchandising & Marketing, QA, and Garments Planning teams for development samples, quality requirements, and bulk approval processes.
• Communicate with mills to collect lab dips, strike-offs, hanger samples, and development submissions.

Supplier & Cost Management:

• Collect and compare fabric price quotations, prepare cost sheets, and assist in negotiations.
• Maintain and update the supplier matrix, fabric library, and mill capability database.
• Support in evaluating mill performance based on quality, service level, lead time, and reliability.

Quality & Compliance:

• Coordinate fabric testing, inspection schedules, and QA approvals.
• Follow up on any quality issues, short shipments, or variances with mills.
