∎ Have to know how to convince a customer at front desk
∎ Capable of maintain daily accounts, books of accounts and bank related works.
∎ Proven experience 6 Months to 1 Year in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in an educational or consultancy environment.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
∎ Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
∎ Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ For taking up the responsibility of reception of an International Trading & Manufacturing Company.
∎ Responsible for maintenance of front office.
∎ Handling PABX system.
∎ Attending to the phone calls and redirecting it to the concern department.
∎ Understanding the duties and responsibilities of other sections and departments. Liaison with all sections & departments.
