Education:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university with 1 year experience or HSC with 3 years’ experience in relevant field.

- Excellent communication skills and desire to learn.
- Flexible, highly committed & motivated to work in remote locations, specially in riverine areas.
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills.
- Good computer operating knowledge specially MS Office, email with typing speed at least 25wpm.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct health education session.
- Token distribution.
- Counseling of the patients.
- Post operative patient care duties, specially during camp.
- Help Lab Technologist and X-ray Technician.
- Support in patient registration and maintain patient queue.
- Carry out Social Behavioral Change Communication
Activities:
- Meet and greet each and every patient.
- Organize health education sessions for patients.
- Counseling of VIA patients (CCST) prior & after procedure with proper advice.
- Counseling of the outdoor patient, regarding medicine, advice given & follow-up for proper management.
- Responsible for counseling & taking consent for any procedure, interventions, or surgeries during secondary health camps.
- Taking care of post-operative patients during medical camp.
- Responsible for making list of selected surgical/medical patients.
- Responsible to assist Lab Technologist for ECG as well as X-ray Technician for x-ray services for female patients when needed.
- Maintain queue of the patient from token distribution to registration and consultation to medicine collection.
- Perform any task assigned by supervisor.
Client care issues:
- Need to show empathy to the patients.
- Need to explain all the procedure and treatment to the patients.
Working environment:
- Deal with patients politely and maintain professional relationships with patients.
- The own service area will be his or her own responsibility, everything related to patients counselling, health education & information will be his or her own duty and accountability to be fulfilled.
- Appropriately follow safeguarding policy and code of conduct of the organization
