Job Context:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Technical & R&D team in the Wash Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in denim/non-denim washing, innovation, and process development. This position demands a strong technical mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in wash techniques and product quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team for the development and execution of new wash processes.

• Oversee R&D activities for new washing techniques aligned with fashion trends and sustainability.

• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure buyer satisfaction and technical compliance.

• Ensure all wash recipes and chemical usage follow environmental and safety regulations.

• Conduct trial runs, analyze results, and optimize wash effects and garment quality.

• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, test reports, and innovation records.

• Work closely with chemical suppliers and external labs for innovation and compliance testing.

• Monitor daily production-related technical issues and provide immediate solutions
