Education:
∎ Masters / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Textile Engineering, MBA is plus.
∎ B.Sc. in Apparel Manufacturing will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be able to handle development stage activities independently.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Ability to deal with the buyers independently from inquiry level to shipment of orders.
∎ Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
∎ Sample Requisition, Sample & Production Follow up.
∎ Responsible for R&D, Design Studio & PDC, development, pricing & costing, negotiation, production & shipment.
∎ Prepare TNA and execute overall supply chain as per TNA.
∎ Business forecasting, planning & execution.
∎ Handle merchandising, buyer communication, meetings & visits, resolving critical issues.
∎ Focus on individual and business KPIs, submit reports to HR on time.
∎ Responsible to manage production lines independently & follow-up Marketing & Merchandising team.
∎ Follow up Sampling & Updating.
∎ Creating Trims & Accessories Booking.
∎ Candidate must have the ability to develop & Manage new customers.
∎ ERP Update and Report generate.
∎ Discussion with factory responsible based on the necessity.
∎ Working with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyers.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by buyers and obviously meet the time line.
∎ Collaborate with Operation, Planning, IE, Quality, and Store teams.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by management.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about fabric, consumptions, product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ To arrange all kinds of fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for production.
