∎ B.Sc in EEE or Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed University
∎ MBA/PGD in HRM will be given preference

Recruitment & Selection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and lead the recruiting team to conduct smooth recruitment and selection process to meet the requirement of the organization
∎ Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
∎ Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
∎ Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
∎ Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
∎ Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
∎ Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
∎ Research and choose job advertising options
∎ Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
∎ Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
∎ Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
∎ Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
∎ Participate in job fairs and career events
∎ Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Headhunting & Good communication skills
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills
∎ Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
∎ Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
∎ Good Technical knowledge of IT Products
∎ Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
∎ Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
∎ Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
∎ Candidate should have the ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines
