Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc preferably in Chemistry/Bi0-Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Natural Product chemistry from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop different type of herbal skin care products, oils/herbal essences, herbal supplements etc. with vitamin/ Mineral supplements.
∎ Collaborate with the Head of Quality operations & other operational team members to create and review specifications for raw materials.
∎ Responsible to lead the R&D projects and to prepare plan, facilitate Production / OEM strategies, budgets & strategic decision.
∎ Supervise documentation development for all projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have 8-10 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Familiarity with good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and all regulations Of herbal industry
∎ Strong documentation, organization and time management skills.
∎ Adequate Knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
