• Candidate must have experience in handling buyers/brands like "Next, Inditex, JD Williams, GEMO, LPP, Terranova, Surgent Major etc.
• Must have excellent knowledge and experience in solving critical issues explaining technical points of various quality related day to day problems occurring in sampling process, factory production to shipment.
• Strong knowledge of international AQL standards, inline and final inspection procedures, and buyer compliance protocols.
• Candidate must be able to handle direct orders independently.
• Candidate having experience in ‘Self Inspection’ according to the client's requirements will get preference.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
• Must be good in English both Reading and Writing.
• Applicant residing in Uttara / near Uttara will get high preference.
• Applicant who will be able to join immediately will get preference.

Job Context: We are looking for Head of Quality for Woven-Bottom who has combined experience in both Factory and Buying house and can handle direct order independently. We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Head of Quality to lead and oversee all quality functions from product development to final shipment in our manufacturing operations. The position will provide strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight of the quality department. The incumbent must ensure that all products exceed customer expectations. The job responsibilities will be as follows:

Job Responsibilities

• Dealing with the quality staff independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control / audit, in line inspection, pre-final and final inspection.
• Co-ordinate and promoting company's Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Buyer's requirements.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve the QA systems and SOPs in alignment with buyer requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed quality reports to Top Management for performance analysis and improvement.
• Reduce defects and make an action plan by analyzing the problems. Solve the quality issues and establish a Zero-defect culture in the factory.
• Conduct Size-Set, pre-production, in-line, final inspections with proper documents and ensuring compliance with AQL standards.
• Communicate with buyers and address quality-related queries and issues effectively.
• Set KPI & monitor performance of quality & production related employees and workers.
• Collaborate with production, merchandising and technical teams to resolve quality issues properly.
• Coordinate and facilitate all types of technical audits and work on follow-ups and corrective action plans.
• Maintain and enforce compliance with buyer audit protocols, sustainability initiatives, and technical files.
• Conduct regular audits and quality reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze quality KPIs, defect trends, and customer feedback to drive data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Training, Developing & Mentoring the team regular basis as a team leader.
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
