Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Additional professional Training and Qualifications on QAM from Reputed Institution/s
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of QA & QC staff who are responsible for all quality related assignments/issues.
∎ To make decision independently on any quality issues among factory personnel and buyer's representatives.
∎ To satisfy buyer and factory with highly negotiation skills at the same time, have a very good interpersonal contact.
∎ Work with merchandising teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
∎ Develop and improve existing QC systems to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyses complex problems, recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ Analyses statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
∎ Need to analyses all Quality status and take proper corrective action for avoiding repetition of daily Quality issues.
∎ Arranging Weekly, Monthly QA performance meeting and discuss line wise Quality performance with corrective/ Preventive action base on the previous data.
∎ Collecting technical details from Merchandising department and review all details before starting trial run.
∎ To ensure all Internal and External requirements are met before start its initial process and up to the products are met customer.
∎ Implement and maintain all Standard Operating systems and procedures related to Assuring Quality Standards throw-out the manufacturing process.
∎ Communicate and manage the customer representatives with their requirements
∎ Make satisfy the Customers by providing acceptable level of Quality standards and timely fulfilling their requirements to the satisfactory standard
∎ Establish and perform proper Quality Controlling, Assurance and Auditing practice where and when required
∎ Identify and provide solutions on production and manufacturing problems that might have impact on delivery and / or product quality.
∎ Provide technical advice to factories to solve production & quality problems.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions;
∎ Any other assignment given/ delegated by the management from.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Proven Working Experience as Head of QAM in Reputed Organization/s
∎ Technical Proficiency
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality systems.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Skills required: Buyer handing, Knitted Garment production, Quality Audit.
