∎ At least 10 years of work experience in a sweater factory.
∎ Must have the ability to convince buyers' nominated QC's and maintain a good relationship with them.
∎ Technically sound in sweaters products.
∎ Strong computer skills in Excel/Office/PPT/Outlook, etc.
∎ Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and be flexible to constantly change schedule and priorities.
∎ Well organized & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Be proactive and take more initiatives & solve problems and share them with others.
∎ At least 10 years of work experience in a sweater factory.
∎ Must have the ability to convince buyers' nominated QC's and maintain a good relationship with them.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand garments' Patterns, Fittings, Workmanship, Accessories & Sample development procedures.
∎ Require assessing the garments' lab test report (physical and chemical).
∎ Check yarns' quality, composition, and consumption according to the buyer's preferences.
∎ Require skills of washing, shrinkage, twisting, rubbing test, etc. for quality sample validation.
∎ Capable to communicate with Customers, Merchandisers, Technical Manager, Production Manager in relevant affairs and understand the brand's specifications.
∎ Evaluate fit/ size set sample, quality sample, PP sample, etc., and then ensure the appearance of the garments by measurement check, light check, and dummy check.
∎ Conduct PP meetings, in-line checks, and AQL check in the factory to ensure that the products meet quality and standards.
∎ Ensure check and reconfirm the accuracy of sample and finished goods before dispatch.
∎ Maintain cooperation and effectively interact with Production, Planning, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments in order to secure best garments for bulk production and ensure on-time shipment as per buyers' quality standard.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make an action plan, analyze the problem and solve the quality issues in every aspect of the production.
∎ Ensure all QC staff in factories are trained on any new procedure/ requirement as advised by the management.
∎ Prepare for Quality Audit, Technical Audit of any other audit as per buyer requirements.
∎ Monitor and follow up floor QC team including sample, inline QC, End line Quality Inspectors, Measurement QC & GPQ team.
∎ Maintain proper sample and production records and complete documentation for all the materials and finished goods.
∎ Ensuring technical compliance in quality requirements
