Candidates Must have experience in Electronics background who will get preference.

Participated in Production Daily Meeting working together with involved areas and their managers, responsible for:

a. Production Results from the day before.

b. Day Production Plan and Forecast.

c. Priorities, aging.

d. Corrective and Preventive Actions.

e. Productions Strategies.

f.  Conversions & Reworks.

g. Materials Status.

• Communicate all the key indicators from the area (WIP, Production Plan, Production Results, Quality Status, Materials Delays, and Maintenance Status, Indiscipline, Asset Risks, Corrective actions, etc.).
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
• Responsible to ensure that the staffs are under clear and specific targets.
• Complies and ensure that the staff met production targets established in the job descriptions.
• Collaborate with engineering, materials, production, and maintenance areas in the resolution of any issue that may impact production.
• Works in manufacturing continuous improvement to be more flexible and efficient.
• Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
• Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
• Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
• Maintain overall organization responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related manufacturing legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations.
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for manufacturing and all organization activities, including surveying and measuring the manufacturing operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
• Responsible for without breakdown maintenance of various machines.
• Troubleshooting and fabrication of mechanical equipment and performs repair under close supervision.
• Testing of HV/LV circuit break/starter, neutral earthling resister/Fuses, Inspect termination of Effective utilization of spare parts, materials etc. for electrical installation of equipment.
• Supervision & monitoring of Electro - Mechanical works.
• Produce finished goods in accordance with quality standers service.
• Establish and enforce proper mechanical methods, polices & principles for production.
