∎ Must be an expert on Production Management and technical sound.
∎ Should have knowledge on Fabrics.
∎ Should have Team concept.
∎ Should have an excellent communication skill.
∎ Should have excellent product knowledge.
∎ Should have excellent floor control through Leadership.
∎ Should have knowledge on Woven.
∎ Should have proper knowledge about machineries.
∎ Must be an expert on Production Management and technical sound.
∎ Should have knowledge on Fabrics.
∎ Should have Team concept.
∎ Should have an excellent communication skill.
∎ Should have excellent product knowledge.
∎ Should have excellent floor control through Leadership.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To create and review production layout plans to maximize efficiency.
∎ To get proper knowledge of achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ To inform Management immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/Line-chief and take necessary action immediately.
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with the all departments.To monitor and control all production processes in the sewing/cutting/finishing section.
∎ To monitor production, target every hour of a day.Report production head about daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ To maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program.
∎ To follow the principle of cost-minimizing.Ensure the good quality of the products.
∎ Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
