Job Context:
∎ A renowned Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of Head of Production Planning at its factory office near Mawna, Gazipur. The factory is having 120 lines & producing 4.5 million pieces (approx.) garments in each month.
∎ Job location for the position is Gazipur, Factory Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly Production Planning of the procured/received orders in consultation & coordination with Marketing & Merchandising, Work Study, Supply Chain, Production and other related departments of the company. He needs to always maintain effective production plan by taking consideration of world class standard efficiency level.
∎ The ideal candidate has to make production plan through using Fast React Software. So, adequate planning experience through Fast React Software is mandatory.

∎ Candidates having minimum 8 yrs. of hands on relevant experience in Production Planning with Fast React Software (Knitting, Dyeing, Printing & Garments) in any reputed knit composite Garments factory are only encouraged to apply.

∎ Should have hands on experience to work with Fast React Software
∎ The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge on Industrial Engineering Arena and have the capacity to make effective production planning, process development, supply chain management and train/educate related employees to get desired output.
∎ Should have proven leadership & communication skills
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
