∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finalize the R&D work of following categories: Cup Cake, Slice Cake, Steam Cake, Chiffon Cake, Layer cake and Swiss Roll, Cookies, all types of Bread and Bun, Puff Pastry and All Types of Waffle
∎ To co-ordinate all reputed flavor houses for necessary flavors connected with R&D work
∎ To co-ordinate all local and imported raw & chemical suppliers for necessary ingredients
∎ Selection of the specification for All flexible packaging items, secondary packaging item, Format development for all Foils and empty Carton,
∎ Submit the list of imported items to management
∎ To take over all of the lines after commissioning from FOREIGN ENGINEERING TEAM
∎ To ensure the commercial production as per PRODUCT LAUNCHING PLAN
∎ To make the monthly & yearly Production plan and ensure the delivery as per Distribution demand
∎ To make the Yearly production budget for Bakery plant
∎ To make the Yearly INVENTORY planning of raw, chemical and packaging materials
∎ Ensure the Quality of final product as per company standard
∎ Ensure the PRODUCT COST as per standard
