∎ Post graduation in Applied Chemistry/Chemistry from any reputed university.
∎ M.S. in food technology will have an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Product Development, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare of samples and check their performance including stability.
∎ Prepare manufacturing instructions and specifications for raw materials, bulk products and finished products for production and test methods for QC department.
∎ Develop and establish relevant SOPs.
∎ Monitor new products after commercialization and identify the quality parameters needed improvement.
∎ Set standards for quality as well as health and safety.
∎ Establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
∎ Check performance and quality of competitor's products.
∎ Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
∎ Develop and manage R&D and quality control laboratories.
∎ Report of development status of products, quality assurance process and toll manufacturing inventory.
∎ Ensure root cause analysis, corrective as well as preventive action and proactive feedback at the earliest to any customer complaint.
∎ Implement & establish ISO-22000 & GMP by proper training by ISO guideline
∎ To prepare lab reagents and its standardizations.
∎ Prepare yearly lab budget and control the inventory.
∎ Calibration and maintenance of all kind of testing equipments and sensors (like-protein analyser, color analyser, moisture analyser, glutometer, falling number, weighing balance, pressure gauge, temperature meter etc.
