Experience:
Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
Strong knowledge on EV prototyping and AI/IoT enabled platforms.
Working knowledge on Reverse Engineering will be added as advantage.
Strong leadership skill.Proficient in MS-office package.
Provide End-to-end manufacturing and operations support for EV, 3-Wheeler and 2-Wheeler division.
Designed and deployed IoT-enabled charging infrastructure and fleet telematics platforms.
Built vendor ecosystem and led supply chain planning, SOP implementation, and team recruitment.
CKD Plant Layout & Operational Planning - Reverse Engineering & Proto Design.
Implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process, ensuring finished vehicles meet customer requirements.
Managing the plant`s budget, controlling expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
Contributing to the development and implementation of the plant`s strategic goals and objectives.
Enforcing safety protocols, complying with environmental regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Identifying areas for improvement in production processes, implementing changes, and driving efficiency gains.
Ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations, meeting production targets, and optimizing production processes.
