Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible to develop new stream as central planning from yarn to garment and generate integrated plan for full vertical.
∎ 2. Participate in Business and strategic plan with Marketing and Directors and make a yearly budget for sales.
∎ 3. Create yearly capacity forecast and coordinate quarterly with marketing team leader for their budget and capacity fulfillment and make internal balancing for optimum loading of the unit.
∎ 4. Responsible to establish MRP [Material Requirement Planning] process to control and maintain better raw material flow [fabric] across group and reduce unplanned production.
∎ 5. Responsible for implementation of IE tools and technique/productivity improvement/CPM reduction.
∎ 6. Identify and create scopes, structures, systems and process to identify key factors affecting profitability and work on improving them in structured manner.
∎ 7. Drive the planning functions and T&As to facilitate plants to achieve planned efficiencies, capacity fill, 100% performance to plan and 100% on time delivery.
∎ 8. Increase planning Horizon to 90 days to increase effectiveness of garment planning and better plan hit rate.
∎ 9. Implement CP [Critical Path] meeting will merchandising, textile and garment planning for better effectiveness of supply chain execution.
∎ 10. Responsible to develop production planning Module in SAP as a part of Business Process Automation for better clarity and transparency.
∎ 11. Provide fabric and yarn delivery plan and monitor execution.
∎ 12. Reducing non value adding activities by intelligent application of Motion Time Techniques (MTM2, GSD etc.), and work place ergonomics.
∎ 13. Reduce Overhead Cost through the application of concepts such as TPS (Toyota Production System) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance & Management), Lean Manufacturing & 5S and Business Process Re-engineering.
∎ 14. Reduce Working Capital Cycle days and improve cash flow through lean management concepts.
∎ 15. Upgrade Quality Management System through a Quality and Consumer Safety Road Map, Quality Maintenance activities, TQM, and build better quality in to work place system.

∎ Knowledge in operating SAP will be preferred.
