Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline from a UGC-approved university.
Professional credentials such as CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI, or specialized certifications in OD, L&D, Talent Management, or HR Analytics will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles focusing on organizational development, talent development, or performance management.
Proven track record of driving people development, employee engagement, and large-scale OD initiatives within complex organizations.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
The Head of Organizational Development (OD) will play a strategic leadership role in shaping the people agenda of the organization by designing and implementing initiatives that enhance performance, capability, engagement, and organizational culture. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the role will serve as a key driver of enterprise-wide HR transformation and people development.
