∎ Age 40 to 55 years

∎ At least 15 years work experience in relevant field out of which at least 5 years as Operational Head in a large manufacturing Industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing, managing and executing all operational procedure of Nabil Particle Board Mills, Furniture and PVC Industries Limited.
∎ Maintain and monitor daily maintenance and production progress in a systematic process.
∎ Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly production report for higher management.
∎ Take responsibilities of purchasing quality raw materials.
∎ Develop and maintain cost effective strategy for store and inventory management.
∎ Ensure work, health and safety issues throughout the factory premises including standard fire security system.
∎ Monitoring and developing the overall distribution and factory security system.
∎ Maintain and established industrial safety, social compliance and human rights as per Labor Law·
∎ Prepare and ensure all necessary documents for audit as per ISO requirements.
∎ Prepare and submit annual production plan for driving the performance of key result areas on production activities.
∎ Any other relevant tasks given by the Management.
