Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, develop, and implement the manufacturing goal of the Paper Manufacturing Industry by ensuring proper policies and procedures, adjusting systems and processes, and maintaining high standards for production processes to make sure efficiency and sustainable growth are achieved.
∎ To handle complete operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality & Maintenance of the plant.
∎ Manage employees, staff, and their performances, motivation, recruitment, and selection, manage teams of engineers, quality control, and production for smooth execution of factory operations.
∎ Achieve optimum employees with the least amount of overhead and raw material cost to meet the annual budgetary plan and ensure the profitability of manufacturing operations.
∎ Responsible for the safety of employees, and the safety of the factory, fulfills the requirements of the Department of Environment and remains consistent with established manufacturing and safety procedures.
∎ Develop the skill level of the manufacturing employees and support them to achieve their targets by arranging employee training on manufacturing, operations process, safety, product development, housekeeping, work environment, method improvement, etc.
∎ Optimizing the cost structure in each level of operation
∎ Maintain a reasonable price level in the procurement of inputs and sales of output.
∎ Lead and supervise all periodical and other maintenance of the factory and other related establishments.
∎ Oversee the development and implementation of organizational activities to protect the interest of the shareholders and any other jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Marine or Process Engineering.
