Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Effective Communication, Factory operations, Problem solving and decision making, Supervisory Skills, Team management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all engineering support before installation, during installation and after installation and commissioning
∎ Co-ordinate with Machine manufacturer for fabrication of local items and equipment
∎ Co-ordinate with Machine Supplier for any civil foundation and ensure all of the required foundation by helping of local civil team before starting the installation
∎ Co-ordinate with Ingredients handling supplier for drawing of civil foundation for SILOs, Bag DUMPING STATION, BLOWER ROOM etc and accordingly he ensure the work by taking help of local civil team before starting the installation
∎ Co-ordinate with Ingredients handling supplier for 3D drawing of different fabricated SUPPORT/STRUCTURE/PLATFORMS and then arrange to make it locally
∎ To make the plan of all required UTILITIES by communicating with machine manufacture and share this information with COMMON ENGG TEAM in RUPSHI FACTORY. He will be responsible for ensuring the utilities inside the Factory Building before starting the installation.
∎ Co-ordinate with FINISHED GOODS conveying system supplier for necessary fabrication work in locally
∎ Submit the requirement of HVAC system for different process and packaging room to machine supplier and co-ordinate during installation and commissioning
∎ He will be responsible for look after the whole installation and commissioning work of BAKERS PROJECT.
∎ After installation and commissioning, he will be take whole responsibility of MAINTENANCE DEPT for BAKERS PROJECT.
∎ He will be responsible for look after the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance of all machineries.
∎ Liaison with COMMON ENGG Team in factory for UTILITIES, WORSHOP FACILITEIS etc.
∎ INVENTRORY CONTROL of TECHNICAL items.
∎ Preparation and submission of YEARLY TECHNICAL BUGDGET for Bakers Project.
∎ Co-ordinate the Future Development plan as per management decision
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge in trouble shooting for BAKERY related machineries
