Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Factory Operation Monitoring.
∎ Ensure Product efficiency.
∎ Conduct R&D & QC.
∎ Monthly review meeting arrange (Show Room & Factory) & follow up.
∎ Customer complaints analysis & solution and discuss with Management.
∎ To guide and train team members of production & others.
∎ Initiate modernizing the furniture industry with systematic manufacturing, planning and execution – BOM, PS&P, ROUTE SHEET, PPT, Finishing Management & Man-Management.
∎ Check all types of factory operations-related documents.
∎ Any other work given by the Management.
∎ Factory Operation Monitoring.
