Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Battery industry, Battery Production, Experienced in Battery Industry will get preference, Production/ Operation Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing all the operational activities of the plant.
∎ Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations.
∎ Maintains staff by orienting and training and on boarding new employees.
∎ Ensures a safe, secure and legal work environment.
∎ Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste.
∎ Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
∎ Continuously improving the quality of products to meet the set standards and customers' requirements.
∎ Preparing production and performance reports for senior management
∎ Building effective professional working relationships with all stakeholders.
∎ Developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance program for the plant.
∎ Maintaining all administrative records.
∎ Analyze monthly scrap and take necessary action for reduction/reuse.
∎ Prepare MIS data.
∎ Maintaining inventory levels and controlling the flow of product.
∎ Ensure good house-keeping and cleanliness for plant machineries and other applicable area.
∎ Ensure QMS, EMS and OHSAS policies and procedures are maintained.
∎ Track record of leading large teams successfully to meet the organization's targets.
∎ The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 Years of work experience in a MF lead acid Battery Plant.
∎ Possess the ability to lead and motivate a team of people to succeed by utilizing appropriate interpersonal styles including leading by example, setting objectives and defining responsibilities to give a clear sense of direction.
∎ Ability to build effective relationships with work colleagues.
∎ Able to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectives.
∎ Adaptable to change and varying situations.
∎ Ability to show resilience and a flexible approach.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions.
∎ Strong people and performance management skills.
∎ Full understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality.
