• Proven ability to handle international buyers and large-volume orders.

Context: We are a reputed and growing sweater manufacturing factory producing high-quality knitwear for international markets. To strengthen our business and drive sustainable growth, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Merchandising to lead our merchandising team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the merchandising department for sweaters, ensuring effective coordination with buyers, production, and other departments.
• Manage TNA of all merchandising according to buyer requirement
• Check budget and check procurement
• Analyze customer requirements, costing, and price negotiations.
• Monitor product development, sampling, order follow-up, and timely shipment.
• Provide strategic direction, team leadership, and training to the merchandising team.
• Collaborate with planning and production teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and factory policies.
