Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from any Public Universities preferable from BUET, SUST.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be leading and monitoring IPE and MIS Team with effectively and efficiently way to move forward.
∎ Monitoring production output and finding Bottlenecks, technical, Quality, Machine problems and having it solved immediately.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement to improve quality and study ways to reduce costs.
∎ Evaluate and recommend technologies, methods, processes, and training to relevant teams.
∎ Process improvement by motion reduction.
∎ Process improvement to reduce cost, waste, and rejection. Reduce wastage and defects and increase Efficiency.
∎ Machine Automation apply for reduce CM.
∎ Proper utilization of manpower by reducing unnecessary helping process.
∎ Analyze workforce distribution, facility layout, and operational data to determine the effective use of resources (employees and equipment) and recommend ways to improve workforce efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Design a control system to coordinate activities and production plans to ensure that products meet quality standards.
∎ Implement innovation to reduce costs and increase productivity.
∎ Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
∎ Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan and factory monthly plan based on the history of line and factory efficiency.
∎ Co-ordination with planning department for improving the pre-production activities.
∎ Adjust and change the workflow plan according to the established manufacturing sequence and lead time to speed up production operations.
∎ Adopt good industrial engineering practices in every possible field of operation to increase productivity and ensure resource optimization.
∎ Responsible for reducing cost and increase profitability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 years of experience in any reputed knit composite (Garments Unit) out of which minimum 3 years in the asked position.
∎ Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player with proven leadership quality.
∎ Candidates having hands on experience to increase productivity through applying modern/update techniques are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Highly proficient and up to date with computer application and analytical skills
∎ Should have update knowledge about technological changes and others relevant issues.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and result oriented.
