Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile, Industrial & Production Engineering, Woven bottom
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Emphasize modern industrial engineering practice in each and every possible area for maximizing productivity and ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
∎ Emphasize to control excessive overtime, reduce operation cost, utmost use of machine & manpower.
∎ Determination of SMV and CPM of styles.
∎ Improvement and determination of production efficiency.
∎ Prepare line layout as per production bulletin.
∎ Achieve production target consistently.
∎ Making thread consumption.
∎ Making necessary production plan as per the shipment schedule.
∎ Ensuring that, all the garments are produced in right quality and delivered on time.
∎ Emphasizing methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. Implement lean manufacturing process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command over English (written and spoken) is highly desired.
∎ Excellent knowledge in MS office, email and Internet.
∎ Applicant residing in Uttara / near Uttara will get high preference.
∎ Applicant who will be selected must be ready to join immediately.
∎ Please note: Applicant who does not have experience in relevant sector need not to apply.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
