Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Rangs Pharma HR team to ensure all sorts of HR support to Pharma Business.
∎ Conduct strategic HR planning and ensure timely recruitment and selection of the right person to the right place at Rangs Pharma as per policy.
∎ Create better people insights through HR Analytics to drive data driven decision making.
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Support current and future talent needs through development, acquisition, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital as a part of Planning.
∎ Conduct TNA analysis and assess training and development needs to apply and monitor learning and development programs.
∎ Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
∎ Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
∎ Report and communicate results on a period basis to senior leadership for understanding performance.
∎ Drive different campaign to bring awareness on organization Values, Health, Culture, IT and other topics as per requirement.
∎ Conduct and monitor performance management system and create the annual appraisal calendar, manage the communication with employees and ensure that each activity in the appraisal process is executed within the specified time frame and as per defined guidelines.
∎ Prepare different periodical reports, provide decision support through HR metrics and share upcoming plan as per requirement.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
