Job Context:
∎ Directly reporting to: Principal, DPS STS School Dhaka
∎ Responsible for: Supervising the overall HR activities at DPS STS School Dhaka, one of the leading educational institutions of Bangladesh.
∎ The STS Group is looking for a qualified candidate to be the Head of Human Resources of DPS STS School Dhaka, an STS Group initiative, one of the leading schools in Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Apart from relevant educational qualifications, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience.
∎ A proven and successful background in the HR department of educational institutions will be highly beneficial.
∎ Significant experience of working as part of an international team, either in Bangladesh or overseas, and preferably in an educational context is desired.
∎ Candidates having less than 10 years' experience will not be eligible to apply for this post.
