Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of school events, including but not limited to sports days, cultural events, graduation ceremonies, and parent-teacher meetings.
∎ 2. Collaborate with school administration, faculty, and staff to plan and execute events according to established guidelines and objectives.
∎ 3. Develop event timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.
∎ 4. Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to secure necessary resources, including venues, catering, equipment, and entertainment.
∎ 5. Coordinate event logistics, including setup, teardown, transportation, and security arrangements.
∎ 6. Communicate event details and updates to relevant stakeholders, including students, parents, and staff, through various channels such as emails, newsletters, and posters.
∎ 7. Supervise event staff and volunteers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed to ensure smooth event operations.
∎ 8. Manage on-site event activities, addressing any issues or emergencies that may arise promptly and effectively.
∎ 9. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
∎ 10. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to event planning, expenses, and outcomes.
