Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

  • We are looking for a professional experienced in running a Manufacturing HR, Admin & Compliance.
  • Should have strong command over a large team of engineers and experienced personnel.
  • The job Location will be in Bogura Road, Barishal,
  • Must implement HR & Admin policies at the site.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting job analysis and job evaluations of employee.
  • Create Departmental KPI.
  • Able to take drastic action against under-performers.
  • Award employees on performance to motivate workforce.
  • Standardize disciplinary action process.
  • Analyze manpower requisition and recruit when justified.
  • Conduct interviews and selection process.
  • Reduce employee turnover rate.
  • Organizing, planning, undertaking, and overseeing company training courses.
  • Implement company policies and procedures across the factory.
  • Ensuring that all employees' records remain up to date with legal aspects being complied.
  • Reduce Office Cost.
  • Work to review / Change processes for the betterment of the employee and management.
  • Providing advice and council employees for motivation.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR & Administrative systems and practices.
  • Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
