Job Responsibilities
- Conducting job analysis and job evaluations of employee.
- Create Departmental KPI.
- Able to take drastic action against under-performers.
- Award employees on performance to motivate workforce.
- Standardize disciplinary action process.
- Analyze manpower requisition and recruit when justified.
- Conduct interviews and selection process.
- Reduce employee turnover rate.
- Organizing, planning, undertaking, and overseeing company training courses.
- Implement company policies and procedures across the factory.
- Ensuring that all employees' records remain up to date with legal aspects being complied.
- Reduce Office Cost.
- Work to review / Change processes for the betterment of the employee and management.
- Providing advice and council employees for motivation.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR & Administrative systems and practices.
- Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
