Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate, preferably Business or Management Graduate or MBA from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development or Operation Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job holder is primarily responsible to supervise and identify all business development opportunities of the business. He works closely with Top Management & other HoD's to discuss, identify & formulate means to achieve set goals for the given period.
∎ He/she is required to evaluate & improve the operational processes & systems on a continual basis and also he/she has to assist the outlet in charges with operational profit, analytical, interpretative & constructive thinking to achieve Outlet business target.
∎ He/she must assess the unexplored area in continuous basis for opening new outlets, make a projection and feasibility study of projected outlets, ability to convince the related stakeholders along with top management by presenting necessary data and information for new ventures and make the project into a successful one in due course of time.
∎ Make regular visit to existing outlets to review on-going performances considering sales, fast moving & slow moving products, customer orientation and feedback, identify problem area, and suggest necessary development strategies & implementation over time with consultation of franchisees.
∎ Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, market scenario and operational strategies and communicate this to relevant departments as well as management for implementing necessary changes immediately with formal approval.
∎ Formulate fruitful business development strategies by preparing ABP (Annual Business Plan) catering business expansion and demonstrate and approve with management approval to ensure long-term and sustainable business growth and success as per plan of the entire retail business.
∎ Consult and convince possible franchisees to start the venture of Miniso in the selected areas. Keep the franchisees updated with Miniso's business plan, profitability analysis, sales & product orientation and culture of Miniso.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 year's hands on working experience in retailing function is required where at least 5 years managerial experience in Business Development or Operation Management is required. Candidate must bear Good communication & inter-personal skills, leadership & team building qualities, analytical ability, proactive and hard working.
∎ Stress taking ability, bear right mentality to finish projects within deadline. Able to show professionalism in most negative environment. A can-do attitude is required to perform at highest level in this position.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, smooth negotiation ability with internal and external customer. Multi-function skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position.
∎ Computer literacy is a must along with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.) applications expertise.
∎ Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral) in English is a must
