Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Design /Fashion & Apparel Design ( From Bangladesh Textile University or any others foreign University)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe Photoshop illustrator, CLO 3D, Microsoft PowerPoint
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the Design Director to prepare presentations for any client as requested and create new developments aligned with the company marketing strategy.
∎ Responsible for all client's factory visit/meeting at our Showroom.
∎ Supporting both garment and textile's teams during meeting with clients.
∎ Managing SLG Showroom display and fabric library room.
∎ Design any type of garment ranging from tops to bottoms for Men, Women and Kids.
∎ Create new prints for both rotary and digital collaborating with our printing section.
∎ Collaborate closely with the R&D team for hangers and new developments.
∎ Lead fittings and work closely with sample section team to follow up developments execution step by step.
∎ Seek innovation through vintage research, market research and on-line research.
∎ Trends and Colors forecasting.
∎ Create Moodboards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years design experience in wovens.
∎ Experience with washes, construction, fabrications, and treatments.
∎ Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel and Powerpoint proficiency is a must.
∎ CLO 3D knowledge is a plus.
∎ Good sense of color is required.
∎ Textile technical knowledge a must.
∎ Excellent time management.
∎ Speak English fluently.
∎ Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills.
∎ Highly organized and detail oriented.
∎ Ability to establish good relationships with our clients especially buyers and sourcing managers.
∎ Must have a good knowledge of fabric.
∎ Must have strong sketching abilities.
∎ Strong work ethic.
