Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ A Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Economics. (Master's degree in data & analytics heavy discipline is even better)
∎ Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data analysis tools (Excel/SPSS/Minitab/Tableau/Microsoft BI) and can process, visualize and interpret data
∎ University of Dhaka,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,IBA, Dhaka University,Khulna University,BRAC University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Marketing, Retail Sales and Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Analytical Skills, Campaign Planning, Data Analysis, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Retail Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Context:
∎ As a GROWTH LEAD, you will be required to create data driven strategies, implement plans for customer acquisition and retention through experimentation, testing, and continuous optimization and achieve target growth. You will be working with Apon`s Growth Team, driving innovation and company growth at the intersection of business, technology, data, and marketing. You will be responsible for creating and managing high-impact growth initiatives in a variety of areas, including traditional marketing, digital marketing, offers and promotion, product and more. You will work with a high-energy team of Sales, Supply chain and growth experts to envision, plan, test, scale, and optimize large-budget initiatives designed to reach Industrial workers and increase awareness and sales.
∎ While no specific prior technical experience is necessary, to excel at this position you must have an entrepreneurial mentality and a background in marketing, branding and data analysis. You must be highly motivated by the prospect of scaling a hyper-growth company while working with and learning from a diverse team of experts and doers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn new skills quickly and effectively through training and independent study, prioritizing by impact and applying an analytical, problem solving approach to user acquisition and retention.
∎ Co-create well-reasoned growth hypotheses and conceive, execute, and manage experiments to test those hypotheses.
∎ Work on initiatives that grow Apon's bottom line by moving the needle on a variety of levers in the AARR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention and Revenue).
∎ Drive growth initiatives in a variety of areas, including using OPN (Other People's Network), Facebook, optimizing play store, viral loops, etc.
∎ Work with the Growth Team to rapidly learn new skills and expand your expertise in areas related to how to scale a rapidly growing company.
∎ Effectively use data and analytics to evolve and inform the direction of growth initiatives with a high level of attention to detail.
∎ Provide strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to the team on growth strategy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
∎ High levels of perception and is a proactive thinker and doer
∎ Demonstrated attention to detail, initiative and reliability
∎ Can spend 50%-60% of his/her time in the field

Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
∎ Our yearly budget has probation of 100K BDT monthly salary for the said role but we are open to discuss with a highly interested qualified person. (If you think you can create a better impact than this, don`t bother about the salary range, let`s talk. We want future leaders in Apon who can gain seats in the leadership team). 2 festival bonus, communication allowance, health insurance and other admissible benefits are there as well as having the delicious in house lunch facilities.
