Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets.
∎ Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and partnerships.
∎ Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
∎ Engage with clients to present our software solutions, answer queries, and tailor presentations to align with their requirements.
∎ Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and project delivery is on track.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet company goals.
∎ Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and improve brand visibility.
∎ Represent Curlware at industry events, conferences, and seminars to strengthen brand recognition.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
∎ 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software/technology industry.
∎ Strong understanding of software solutions, website, and mobile app development.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
∎ Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software.
