Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To collect land information from various sources.
∎ Communicate with existing prospect land owners.
∎ Prepare financial feasibility, business proposal of negotiation with the land owners.
∎ Collect land documents & prepare deed of agreement & power of attorney and discuss with the land owners.
∎ Frequent visit prospective lands and landowners and procure land
∎ Prepare presentation for land acquisition proposal
∎ Achieve the land acquisition target.
∎ To collect land information from various sources.
∎ Communicate with existing prospect land owners.
∎ Prepare financial feasibility, business proposal of negotiation with the land owners.
∎ Collect land documents & prepare deed of agreement & power of attorney and discuss with the land owners.
∎ Frequent visit prospective lands and landowners and procure land
