Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound lead calls and enquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
∎ Proactively reach out to potential business partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
∎ Develop and execute social media plans, including creating and scheduling content for platforms.
∎ Organise and deliver engaging webinars to showcase our services.
∎ Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to improve outreach strategies.
∎ Assist clients with paperwork, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
∎ Manage and update client records and sales documentation.
∎ Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as required.
∎ Sales and Lead Management
