Responsibilities & Context:
∎ **Need to sale land and land development project.
∎ **Must be able to meet own targets.
∎ **Regular basis market visit and attending the meeting with potential clients.
∎ **Property visits with the client at the scheduled time.
∎ **Organize site visits and viewing with clients as necessary.
∎ **To look after direct sales, product promotion and activates, manage all marketing communications.
∎ **Market mapping and creating client database & maintaining client's records.
∎ **Giving Sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
∎ **Coordinating efforts with marketing programs.
∎ **Identifying and generating new clients and potential sales opportunities.
∎ **Walking together with marketing team to build lead pipeline.
∎ **Expanding connections to generate referrals and new leads.
∎ **Building strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and financial institutions.
∎ **Managing multiple clients, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
∎ **Ability to address issues related to legal paperwork, financing options or client concerns and offering solutions that align with the client's needs with budget.
∎ **Staying motivated during challenging market conditions and stay focused on sales goals.
