∎ Position Overview:
∎ As the Communication and Sales Manager at Basha Enterprises, you will be the face of our brand, representing our mission to empower women at risk and survivors of trafficking through dignified work. You will be responsible for engaging with retail partners, local customers, and potential clients both locally and internationally. You will manage the local website, handle outreach efforts, and ensure exceptional service for every partner. Your role will involve contributing to sales growth through marketing, communication strategies, and team collaboration to ensure each order is fulfilled to the highest standard.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
∎ Collaboration: Work with the internal team to continuously improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and product offerings.
∎ Order Fulfillment: Work closely with the team to ensure all customer orders are processed and fulfilled according to specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
∎ Sales Reporting & Goals: Track and report on sales performance, marketing efforts, and customer feedback to support business growth and improve strategies.
∎ Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote Basha Enterprises and its products, driving both local and international sales.
∎ Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, local customers, and international clients to drive sales and ensure their satisfaction with Basha’s products and services.
∎ Website Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of websites and sales platforms such as Faire, ensuring that product listings, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
∎ Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential new customers and partners to expand Basha's market presence and increase sales. Manage Basha’s CRM and contact lists as applicable.
∎ Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Basha Enterprises at events, meetings, and online channels, sharing the mission and impact of the organization to build awareness and attract new customers. Also represent our affiliate, Friends of Basha, communicating with donors and partners as scheduled.
∎ Assessment: Review and analyze data to identify which sales efforts yield results and which don’t and adjust the sales strategy to optimize results.
∎ Partnership: Communicate with donors of our non profit affiliate, Friends of Basha, with monthly and annual thank you’s.
