Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
    • Good command of both Bangla and English (spoken and written)
    • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools

Personal Attributes:

    • Confident, well-presented, and motivated to achieve results
    • Willing to work in the field and travel to client sites/projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Senior Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate must be skilled in handling clients, generating leads, and closing apartment or land sales. Prior experience in real estate sales is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calls

  • Conduct property showings, site visits, and client presentations

  • Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, brochures, and payment plans

  • Follow up regularly with leads to close sales

  • Maintain client database (CRM) and submit daily/weekly sales reports

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, expos, and events

  • Stay updated on company inventory, pricing, and market trends
