Responsibilities & Context:

Gold Kinen is looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Premium Segment sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our premium segment product offerings, managing a portfolio of high-net-worth Individuals (HNWIs) and corporations.
This is a critical growth stage where you will transition from strategic planning into active market execution-focusing on prospecting, face-to-face meetings. and building a robust sales pipeline to drive our premium market share.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively prospect and acquire high-value customers through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

  • Portfolio Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

  • Sales Execution: Lead end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact and discovery meetings to closing high-ticket sales.

  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and progress tracking.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on gold market trends and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your success will be measured by:

  • New Aquisitiom Value: Total volume of new sales and new customers brought into the premium segment.

  • Pipeline Conversion Rate: Efficiency in moving prospects from the "Meeting" stage to "Closed Deal."

  • Meeting Quota: Number of qualified face-to-face client meetings conducted weekly.

  • Tetention Rate: Percentage of portfolio growth and repeat sales from existing premium clients.
