Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • 1/2 years of experience working in a Call Center or a similar role

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers

  • Ability to assess situations and determine appropriate solutions quickly

  • Ability to remain calm and understanding in stressful or frustrating situations

  • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and follow up on customer calls where necessary

  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers regarding products, services, orders, or policies

  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner

  • Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions promptly

  • Maintain accurate customer records, including interactions, issues, and resolutions

  • Attend activation events physically organized by the Marketing team

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
