Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (Honors); running students are also encouraged to apply
1/2 years of experience working in a Call Center or a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers
Ability to assess situations and determine appropriate solutions quickly
Ability to remain calm and understanding in stressful or frustrating situations
Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and follow up on customer calls where necessary
Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers regarding products, services, orders, or policies
Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions promptly
Maintain accurate customer records, including interactions, issues, and resolutions
Attend activation events physically organized by the Marketing team
Perform other duties as assigned by management
