Maintain strong knowledge of perfume products, fragrances, and customer preferences
Manage and update the company website with product information, pricing, and offers
Handle online sales through the website and other e-commerce platforms
Plan and execute Facebook marketing campaigns (posts, ads, promotions)
Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, WhatsApp, and other online channels
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Track customer feedback and market trends
